Medasun Ltd is based in the UK. The majority of our products are despatched from our UK warehouse. On the rare occasion that a product is shipped directly to a customer from outside the UK, any duty charges will be covered by Medasun.

Due to recent Brexit legislation and until further notice, regrettably, we are unable to supply customers in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. 

Delivery lead times

Items should typically arrive at the address you’ve provided within 2-3 working days. If you’ve ordered the goods to a non-mainland UK address, this extends to 3-4 working days.

If your order is urgent, please contact our helpline on 01236 739668. In some instances, we may be able to arrange for faster delivery – this may be subject to additional charges.

Items listed on the website are usually in stock unless it states otherwise. If you order an item which isn’t in stock, we can source and deliver this to the address you’ve provided in 7-14 working days. 

Further information about delivery

We arrange delivery of most of our orders through APC, in which case full online tracking is available from collection right through to delivery. You will be sent a unique tracking number at the time of despatch to the contact details you have provided, so that you can monitor your parcel’s journey. 

If, for any reason your order does not arrive within 14 working days of the date of our email confirming despatch, please contact us on 01236 739668 or medasun@tpshealthcare.com. Any dates quoted for delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods however caused. If, however, we cannot deliver your goods by the date quoted for delivery, you, the buyer, shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery takes place. 

Goods will be delivered to you, the buyer, at the address provided by you at the online checkout. A telephone number is required to prevent any return of goods. If the goods are returned due to being unable to contact you, then there will be a charge for the re-delivery of the items. An alternative safe place to deliver the items can be provided in the comments panel in the cart area.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, we ask that you inform us by email or phone within 21 working days from the day after receipt of delivery. 

Unfortunately Medasun cannot refund if a product has been opened and the garment tried on. The garment is a class 1 medical device used for medical Procedures. All our garments should be measured correctly before purchase and Medasun cannot be responsible for incorrectly measured garments- they are not meant to be tried on before surgery.

Enclosed within the item’s packaging is a return label and a summary of the returns policy. Please attach the label to the return package, and write the reason for your return on the back of the delivery note. Enclose the delivery note in the return parcel in order for us to identify the product and reason for return. 

You will be required to cover the cost of returning the item(s). We cannot refund the cost of delivery for your original order, only the cost of the item(s). 

Items must be returned to us within 30 days of you receiving your order, in an unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging, with all labels still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, dry-cleaned, or damaged, will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on delivery. If this is the case, please email us at medasun@tpshealthcare.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a photograph of the defect/damage. Our customer care team will respond within 2 working days to advise of next steps.

Returns due to incorrect size 

We include clear and comprehensive size guides and measuring charts on our website, so that our customers can correctly obtain their appropriate medical garment for their surgical procedure. Medasun Ltd will not be held responsible for any incorrect measurements that have been taken by the customer to choose their garment. Measuring guidelines and charts can be found on the website www.medasun.com. Allow up to 30 days for us to process your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You should allow up to 30 days from receipt by us of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
