Marena has manufactured post surgical garments for over 25 years and are the world leaders with their Comfortweave® material.  The PPGS garment is designed to help new mums heal and reduce any scarring which can follow a caesarean. The PPGS is manufactured from Marena’s patented 4 way stretch Comfortweave® material. This material provides medical grade compression of 17-21mmHG which is the compression level required for healing after a surgical procedure. It helps reduce swelling, pain and improves blood flow to the surgical area. The material is anti-microbial, Silvadur technology, COOLMAX® breathable and has a power stretch. This keeps you cool and comfortable in the 4 weeks following surgery. The PPGS girdle will look after you while you are looking after your new baby.

You can also used PPGS as shape wear. You can easily care for the PPGS too, it can be washed on a cool machine wash without bleach.
