The FBOM features open buttocks and comes with sacral foam pads designed to add pressure and fullness to the lower back at the area of the sacral triangle and lateral depressions. Reinforcement panels are also featured on the abdomen, hips, inner and outer thighs, and below the buttocks.

Additional features include slide-adjustable shoulder straps, a padded zipper front closure with underlying snaps for easy application, leg coverage to mid-calf with a clean-cut finish, and an accessible crotch opening.

This material is designed to keep you cool and fresh , reducing pain and swelling with its unique patented 3 dimensional stretch fabric. Marena manufacturing is to the highest medical standards with branded soft Lycra and Tactel Nylon. It is latex free, and can be machine washed without bleach.
